About Project
Tiket.com is a company engaged in the OTA (Online Travel Agency) which has several products including planes, hotels, trains, to-do, car rental, and car transfer. We conducted redesign for hotel products. In this redesign process, we created several new features and made some improvements to the existing designs.

This project was entered into UX Academy Bootcamp by COMPFEST and my team was awarded as the best team from the other 5 teams.

Problem
Before deciding whether to redesign a hotel product, we made several considerations and finally decided to choose a hotel product, the reason because:

Poll results
- We conducted a poll using the google form and distributed the form to our friends, to find out those who have used tiket.com usually used what product in tiket.com. Another purpose of distributing the form is also to find respondents who are willing to be interviewed by us.
- We got 31 respondents but only 17 of them have used tiket.com products and most of them usually use hotel, train, and plane products.

Self-application evaluation result
- We also conducted a self-evaluation of all the products from tiket.com such as planes, hotels, trains, car rentals, and to-dos to find out what products we can still improve the experience. And from these evaluation results, we choose hotel products that we will redesign.

Cross-selling potential
- We are also given the data by the tiket.com team about which products that usually use by the users and how can we improve the products from the business side. We can also use the data to solve tiket.com problems and hotel products have the potential to solve these problems, by implementing cross-selling to other tiket.com products.
